The company was founded in 2000, the company founder, Mr. Duan Jianping, has been engaged for more than 30 years in development, design and production work. The company has two factories in China, one in Shanghai and one in Jiangsu. Shanghai Factory covers an area of 10,000 sqm and Jiangsu factory covers an area of 50,000 sqm.

At Shanghai plant, the main functions are research and development, marketing and small job works.
At Jiangsu plant, the main functions are processing, assembly, manufacturing of roadheader and spare parts.
